Missing QA

I got a message from my dear cousin back from Qatar yesterday saying that they miss me being there. (tears) 'Cause no one will bake cake on Christmas eve. I then realized that - yes, I miss Qatar for many reasons. And I remembered I never really showed my appreciation for her(QA).

My top 10 things I miss about Qatar.

Grilled Chicken Combo
- Half chicken, fries, cucumbers/carrots/lettuce, garlic sauce, pepper sauce, unlimited biryani rice. Need I say more?

Co-workers
- Though I not a big fan some peepz there. I do definitely miss the people who seeks my help and the respect they give me even though I'm a fairly new nurse.

My Clinic
- I absolutely do nothing here. Mostly watch movies, facebook and sleep. (that examination bed is more comfortable than it looks)

Headgear
- I revolutionized fashion in my company for real. When I started only field workers wear this kind of headgear and most senior officials doesn't dare wear this accesorry. But when I started walking around with this on, they all followed. Seriously.

Doha in general
- Everything is neutral in color. You'll rarely see something outrageous. I think I miss the consistency of the scene.

Family and Friends
- My cousin who gladly treated me as a real brother and let me in their lives. I'm forever grateful for everything. And of course the friends I made. Sure we just saw each other on weekends and known one another for a few months but you guys made every weekend a reason to look forward too.

Malling/Shopping
- Gone are the days of tax-free shopping and wages that allows me to have my emergency shopping fund.

Long Hair
- 'nuf said.

Camels/Petrol/Cakes/Turkey
- I miss my camels! They are my constant companions. They are good listeners and they always tries to eat my hair.
- Cheap petrol - only in the middle east
- Baking is much cheaper there.
- Turkey! Pawns Andok's and Baliwag

Winter
- Brrrr...!
